Content published on this site—including text, images, logos, documents, and downloadable files—is the property of Precision Pros Cleaning LLC and the site’s creators. Do not copy or reuse site content without permission.
Accounts and user contributions
If you create an account, you are responsible for its security and for keeping the information you provide accurate and current. We may suspend or terminate an account if it is used unlawfully or in violation of these terms.
Where the site allows public contributions such as photos, videos, or comments, you agree not to post unlawful content or otherwise violate these terms.
Services, bookings, and payment
The site offers one-time and recurring home-cleaning services. Service descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but the details of each clean may vary by home and by the selections made during booking. Quotes and service details should be confirmed with the team.
The published terms state that services are paid for upon completion. The site accepts credit cards, debit cards, and direct debit. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party provider.
Changes, cancellations, and refunds
The current policy states that recurring subscriptions renew until a cancellation request is received. It also states that no cancellation or rescheduling fee applies when at least 24 business hours’ notice is given, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time. Call (813) 670-9081 to request a cancellation or change.
The published refund policy does not offer refunds after a service is completed. If Precision Pros Cleaning cancels an order after payment has been processed, the terms state that a refund equal to the amount paid will be issued.
Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. The original terms also contain limitation-of-liability and indemnity provisions; those provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
SMS messages
If you opt in through the booking form, Precision Pros Cleaning LLC may send service updates, confirmations, and reminders. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be at least 18 years old to use the SMS service.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Terms may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. Updates will be posted on this site or communicated by email.
